Buttercup (3yo) : Can Brick (baby brother) come to your b-day party?
Blossom (just turned 5): Yes

Buttercup: Can grrrown-ups come to your b-day party?
Blossom: Yes

Buttercup: Can wlittle kids come to your b-day party?
Blossom: Yes

Buttercup: Can big kids come to your b-day party?
Blossom: No, no big kids.

Buttercup: Well Blossom big.
Blossom: Yes, I'm big girl. Buttercup almost big, she's in school. Buttercup still has a little bottom but she has big hands.

Dog bite.  

Apparently, this is what happens if you try to take chicken from the dog. The dog will not be getting chicken (or any other food) when the kids are around. Damn dog.
