Questionable Parenting Decision #6005
“Big kids won’ plray wif me,” Brick (3yo) told me with big tears rolling down his cheeks.
As the youngest of eight myself, I feel his pain.
So . . . I told him to go have so much fun that all the kids will beg to play with him.
Er . . .no.
So . . . I had a heart to heart with the big kids about including everyone.
Er . . . no.
So . . . I dropped everything I was doing and played with him myself.
Er . . . no.
Nope, indeed, I filled Brick’s pockets with Swedish Fish, and told him to only share with kids who play with him. It totally worked.
