We'd been doing the build up for months. The dentist says no more Binki when you're four. She'd been counting down the days, too excited for a party and presents to worry about the loss.

The morning of the big day arrived, she jumped on my bed and I said, Guess What Buttercup? Today is your birthday!

She took the binki out of her mouth and threw it accross the room!
