Buttercup Dance Recital

I dragged her to the recital, with a fever and with tears in her eyes. I'm not a monster, (usually) I told her she didn't have to dance if she didn't want, but we had to watch sister. She hated the costume, it was itchy and WORSE it wasn't a puppy. But she decided to dance, she liked the attention, very much.

Her teachers (both of them) have told me many times that she's a very advanced little dancer. To the point of gushing. (they've never said this about sister, who LOVES ballet) To me, she looks just as lost as all the other three-year-olds.
